Project Evaluation

If Stadium Seating Enterprises, Inc. (SSE) is contacted prior to the development of architectural drawings for your renovation; we routinely consult with owners and builders to determine the optimum stadium seating configuration, riser height, and platform depth for each project.

In this initial stage, based on the specific objectives of the customer, SSE will recommend the proper pre-engineered, prefabricated PREFoam EPS Geofoam Permanent Stadium Seating Forming System to fulfill their goals and assist in setting the criteria for the platform design.

Design Assistance

As a part of the initial evaluation phase of either new construction or renovation projects, SSE can prepare conceptual layouts of the PREFoam pre-engineered, prefabricated stadium seating risers for the project. These conceptual drawings illustrate the layout of each auditorium showing exits, aisles, handicap seating requirements and overall auditorium seating count. These drawings and the information gathered in this phase will serve as the basis for SSE's cost estimate.

Cost Management

SSE will estimate the cost of design, material and delivery for the pre-engineered, prefabricated SSE PREFoam EPS Geofoam Permanent Stadium Seating Forming Riser System for the renovation project. Costs are calculated on a cost per square foot basis for the overall project as well as on a cost per auditorium or seat and cost per platform square foot.

Engineering Design/Shop Drawings

As a part of our new construction or renovation Services, SSE prepares complete engineering design documents and/or shop drawings for the installation of the pre-engineered, prefabricated SSE PREFoam EPS Geofoam Permanent Stadium Seating Forming Riser System.

SSE provides shop drawings as a part of our services for all pre-engineered Stadium Seating Riser System designs and as an additional service, we can provide stamped structural engineering documents for the riser systems depending on the requirements of the reviewing agency.

System Fabrication

SSE has relationships with material suppliers throughout North America. Depending upon the location of each new construction or renovation project, SSE will negotiate the purchase and delivery of material from a supplier in close proximity to the project site in order to minimize delivery costs and reduce overall adverse impact on the environment due to excessive shipping distances.

These relationships enable SSE to minimize shipping costs and maintain the highest levels of quality in our product and pre-engineered, prefabricated stadium seating design services.
